Workshops are for students who have been attending classes for some time and can at least follow the short hand form reasonably easily. 

We aim to hold them on the first Saturday of the month, between 2pm and 5pm.  Details are below or on the calendar on the Classes page.

The format of these is usually to divide the afternoon into three one-hour sessions, and you can attend all or just some of the sessions: 

• Hand Forms 2pm-3pm
• Martial Applications 3pm-4pm
• Weapons Forms 4pm-5pm
  • You MUST have wooden weapons for applications.  We can provide wooden sticks if needed.

Costs: £7 per hour or £20 for the whole afternoon (including Nei Gung refresher).  Pay by card or cash.
