Paul is one of PTCCI’s most experienced instructors.  His relaxed but expert tuition is well known to many from his teaching across Europe and the UK.

His approach emphasises Tai Chi as a complete martial art with training rooted in the traditional aspects of the art.  The weekend will include:

Hand Forms:  Long form and advanced short form

Pushing Hands (Tui Shou): Sensitivity and leverage drills with a partner.

Self-Defence (San Shou): Practical applications of the movements.

Traditional Weapons: Sabre and Sword; forms and applications

You MUST have wooden weapons for all weapons training. We can provide wooden sticks.
