Workshops are for PTCCI students who have been attending PTCCI classes for some time and can at least follow the PTCCI short hand form reasonably easily. 

We aim to hold them on the first Saturday of the month, between 2pm and 5pm.  Details are below or on the calendar on the Classes page.

The afternoon is divided into three one-hour sessions, and you can attend all or just some of the sessions:

• 2pm-3pm Hand Forms 
• 3pm-4pm Martial Applications 
• 4pm-5pm Weapons Forms 

You MUST have wooden weapons for applications.  We can provide wooden sticks if needed.)

Nei gung at 1pm for those who have done Bai Shi.  Contact Peter in advance if you wish to take part.

Costs: £7 per hour (£20 for the whole afternoon including Nei Gung refresher).  Pay by card or cash.
